Capital Project Budget Request (CPBR) is the online application for units to submit capital project proposals. All requests for facilities or infrastructure related projects (both Fiscal Year and Off-Cycle) must be submitted using this application.
The CPBR eliminates existing manual forms and improves transparency of project status by:
- Improving the tracking of the requests as they progress through the process;
- Streamlining intake and improving information collection and consistency;
- Enhancing functionality and transparency for units to track status of submitted projects:
- Edit and save drafts;
- Submit multiple requests simultaneously;
- Receive automatic email notifications of status changes or revisions;
- Ability to search open requests, duplicate, and download history data.
This application will also help better engage Project Manager (PM) for scope and cost estimating and create database of all capital project requests.
