1. New tool in use from July 1st, 2024: Oracle Planning

Oracle Planning is the online application for entities to submit capital project proposals. All requests for facilities or infrastructure related projects (both Fiscal Year and Off-Cycle) must be submitted using this application. 

Oracle Planning requires users to request access and be assigned to one of the user roles Submitter or Entity Reviewer. Access requests are managed at the entity level, by each entity role assignment owners.

2. Historical data before July 1st, 2024: CPBR (Capital Project Budget Request)

Historical data regarding project requests from FY 2018 through FY 2024 is available in CPBR at this link: https://cpbr.uchicago.edu/

This tool is available as a read-only version to access prior year data.  New requests need to be raised using Oracle Planning (see part 1 above).
